At Sancil, we take pride in the quality of our Hawaiian shirts and want you to feel the spirit of Aloha in every stitch. If your purchase isn’t quite the right fit for your tropical lifestyle, we are here to make the return or exchange process as breezy as a coastal wind.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Detailed Exchange Scenarios

We understand that finding the perfect fit for a Hawaiian shirt is essential. We offer exchanges for the following cases:

  • Size & Fit Adjustments: If the shirt is too loose or too tight, you may exchange it for a different size of the same style (subject to stock availability).

  • Style or Color Preference: If the print or color doesn't match your expectations, you may exchange it for any other shirt of equal value.

  • Manufacturer Defects: If the item arrives with printing errors, missing buttons, or fabric tears, we will provide a direct replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If we accidentally shipped the wrong pattern or size, we will expedite the correct item to you immediately.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns or exchanges related to size/style preferences, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Sancil Responsibility: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Sancil will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all costs associated with the correction.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at support@sancil.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Photos (Required for Defects): If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos of the defect.

  3. RMA Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address instructions.

5. No Restocking Fees

To provide the best shopping experience, Sancil does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days.

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Credit: Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that show clear signs of wear, fragrance, or alterations.
